Welcome to the Charlotte-Shelburne Rotary Club website.

I am happy to serve as President of the Charlotte-Shelburne Rotary Club during the 2010-2011 year.

There are several areas of focus this year that follow the Rotary International theme of Building Committees, Bridging Continents:

a.     Maintain and grow our rich history of community projects

b.    Maintain and grow our international outreach projects for which we are known

And internal weekly club focus:

c.     Provide interesting quality speakers along with classification presentations by club members

d.    Promote fellowship within our club

This will be the third year with the new Club organization that promotes member involvement in all aspects of our Club. Each of the five committees (Public Relations, Membership, Club Administration, Club Projects and Rotary Foundation) are chartered to define and improve their process so that the Club operates more efficiently on a day to day basis.
